The new building will be built 150 metres from the current Ole Sereni Hotel building. Ole-Sereni
2 will have a bed capacity of 154 rooms and suites in addition to the 20 serviced apartments. It
will also have 11 meeting rooms among them an 800-seat ballroom for conferences / meetings.
